Shipping

Where do you ship?

We are proud to offer international shipping services to almost any corner of the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 2 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

How long is the shipping time?

Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. Please visit our Shipping Information page to learn estimated shipping time for different destinations.

How do I track my package?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, simply visit our Order Tracking page to track your package.

What is the shipping cost?

We provide Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders.

Why didn't my order come together in one package?

We ship our orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive your all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you don’t receive your orders within 45 business days, please contact us to look into your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away and we’ll help you through the process. We stand by our products – that’s why we offer returns for 30 days after your purchase.

What if my items arrived damaged?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to [email protected] with the subject title: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

General Inquiry

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There will be no cancellation fee! We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we’ll be able to do it. If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product.

I have entered an incorrect address. What to do?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at [email protected] If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
